Holiday Inn Express & Suites Searcy, an IHG Hotel

The staff was incredible. We had a room issue late one night that was not the fault of the hotel. However, the gentlemen working overnight, Gray, went above and beyond to resolve the issue to help us not have to change rooms. I was extremly grateful for his service and care while taking care of the issue. The location is in a great spot in Searcy, just a short drive from Harding University. The fitness center was nice. However, there is a Planet Fitness about a one minute walk away. We plan to stay here over the next several years when attending events at Harding.

The woman at the front desk was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. Smiled, made eye contact, and was very informative. The room was very clean, no weird smells. The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good, linens on the beds were clean. I was beyond pleased with our stay. We only stayed one night on our way back home from vacation. I wish we could have found a hotel of this quality where we had stayed fo on vacation.

I asked for a quiet area and they gave me that. Front desk was very friendly and professional. I wasn't aware my room was actually like a suite so I was very surprised when I walked in. Bedroom was separate, beds were comfortable and clean. I slept very well. I recommend staying here. Very nice room with space for the price.

The staff really went above and beyond what was expected, especially during the holiday! They were always polite and greeted us with a smile as we came and went throughout our stay. The breakfast was fantastic and continually made sure all the food being served was still available during the entire time breakfast was offered; they didn't stop refilling food 30-45 minutes before breakfast was over like many places do.

the lobby was furnished with comfortable, inviting furniture that welcomed guests to sit and visit with each other. The staff was very friendly, even when the hotel was fully booked. Great variety of breakfast items.
